CIS’s Blue-ific Friday-Photo Recap!

On April 1st, CIS students and teachers from grades 1-8 have participated in the GAA club’s “Dress Up in Blue” Day. The school was like, so blue, it made the author of this article nearly cried tears of happiness! The photos and the donations were flooding in from our awesome participants, and we, from the GAA club, weren’t expecting that the campaign would be so successful!

The next Tuesday, the GAA club had been busy baking little blue cupcakes and choosing the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners. The club’s judging panel had the most difficult job. In the end, we finally decided our winners. In 3rd place was Mr. Ben’s 7B. Our 2nd place winner is Ms. Julie’s 1B. And in 1st place, Mr. Jordan’s 5D! Congratulations and thank you all for your fantastic photos and your donations!

These photos below, unprofessionally taken by the author, recaps the April 8th “prize-receiving ceremony” of the winning classes’ teachers. Once again, the GAA club would like to say a HUGE thank you to all of the participating classes and the school’s principals for making this campaign a real thing! Have fun looking at the photos~
